Lumantic

Your data lives in four places.
Your answers live in none of them.

Events, webhooks, databases, and APIs each hold part of the picture — but without a proper warehouse and someone who knows it inside out, every question becomes a manual investigation.

Questions keep arriving

Teams need answers now.
Hiring a senior data scientist takes months.

Growth, product, and strategy all ask the same questions — but without a trusted warehouse and someone who can interpret it, every request turns into a Slack thread instead of a clear answer.

Growth

"How are signups, activations and churn?"

Product

"Why did deposits fall, which funnel step should we optimize?"

Experimentation

"How is our new feature performing, should we roll out to all users?"

Strategy

"Where should we expand, which markets should we enter?"

Lumantic is your first and forever data team.

We build and maintain a warehouse your team and AI tools can trust — cost-effectively. Our trained Data Agent watches it 24/7 and answers questions with the accuracy and breadth of a senior data scientist.

From raw sources to a trusted answer.

We ingest messy payloads from every system, model them into a semantic layer your team can trust, then our Data Agent queries it to answer questions in plain language.

Example question

"Why did deposit conversion fall last week?"

Raw sources land as-is

Different formats, nested fields, duplicate events, string timestamps — we ingest and normalise each one before anything is joined.

Data Agent queries & answers

Your team asks in Slack. The agent plans the query against warehouse with coherent semantic layer, investigates, and returns a clear answer.

Why did deposit conversion fall last week?

Lumantic Data Agent

Conversion dropped from 68% (8–14 Jul) to 51% (15–21 Jul) on mobile_web.

Root cause: 3DS_TIMEOUT failures spiked 3.2× after web-2.14 deployed at 00:17Z on 15 Jul — the new hosted 3DS handoff is timing out on slower mobile networks.

847 affected attempts · ~£63k attempted volume. Impact is concentrated in GB mobile_web; desktop and iOS native are unchanged.

Proposed fix

  • 1. Roll back web-2.14 hosted 3DS handoff, or extend the timeout from 30s → 90s.
  • 2. Add a fallback to the previous 3DS flow if the hosted handoff fails once.
  • 3. Gate the change behind a 10% canary before full rollout next time.
